The trick to enjoying it to the fullest is to brew it with low-temperature water, around 50-60°C. We also recommend cold-brewed gyokuro. Simply brew it in cold water and leave it overnight to enjoy the most delicious gyokuro. One bag of the leaf type will yield approximately 30 to 50 cups.
The used gyokuro tea leaves can also be used in cooking after drinking. You can also consume all the nutrients that do not dissolve in water. It is recommended to add a little soy sauce to it as a dip dish, or to use it as a topping, in tsukudani, or in rice dishes.
