You can order products by following the steps below, from product selection to payment.

1. On the product page of your choice, select the quantity and click "Add to Cart" to proceed to the cart page.

2.You can check and set the following on the cart page.
・Change quantity: You can change the quantity in the quantity display area.
・Delete: You can delete the product you have selected.
・Confirm your order amount: You can check the total amount of your order.
・Using points: You can use points by logging in.
・Enter the points you wish to use: After entering the points you wish to use, click the [Use points] button, and the points you used will be reflected in the total amount.

3. After clicking the [Checkout] button on the cart page, you will proceed to the customer information input page. Enter your customer information, select your payment method and billing information, and click [Pay Now] to complete your order.


*Please confirm your order details. It may be difficult to change your customer information after your order has been completed. Please pay particular attention to the following details and make sure there are no mistakes before completing your order.

・Confirmation of payment method: It is not possible to change the payment method after placing an order. If you wish to change the payment method, please cancel the order and place it again.
- Regarding the use and allocation of points: Please note that if you complete your order without logging in as a member, you will not be able to use or receive points after the order is completed.

About the product

We print all of our packaging for Greetings Tea and Chayori in-house. Depending on the printing lot, the color may vary slightly. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

About points

If you register as a Goencha web shop member, you will earn points that can be used in the online store with every purchase, and you can use your accumulated points from 1 point = 1 yen.

About delivery and shipping fees

Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport (Nekoposu/Takkyubin) or Yu-Pack. The delivery method will vary depending on the contents of your order. You cannot specify the delivery company. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping costs 500 yen nationwide per delivery (800 yen for some products).
For orders of 5,000 yen or more, shipping is free.
*If the total amount of the product payment falls below 5,000 yen when using points or coupons, a shipping fee will be charged.

Normally, your order will be shipped within 2 to 7 business days.
*Delivery dates may vary depending on order volume and inventory status.

We will inform you of the shipping status of your ordered items by email as soon as they are ready to be shipped.

From an environmental perspective, Kyoto Gyokuro Goen Tea may reuse packaging materials that are deemed to be durable, hygienic, and still usable as packaging materials for shipping products to customers.

Regarding statements and receipts

At Goen Tea of ​​Kyoto Gyokuro, we are promoting paperless shipping in consideration of resource conservation and the global environment, and we do not include invoices with your order. For details of your order, please check the email you received when you ordered or your order history.
If you require an invoice upon delivery of the product, we apologize for the inconvenience, but when placing your order, please write "I would like an invoice" in the comments section.

Returns and Exchanges

About gift wrapping

If you require carrier bags, please order the size and quantity you require on the carrier bag purchase page.
*The same fee applies regardless of the size of the bag.
*You can choose from two types of bags: nylon bag type and craft bag type.
* Your order will not be completed if you simply write "I would like a shopping bag" in the comments or message field when purchasing other products.
