The post office sells six types of snake-patterned chayori.
Chayori is based on the zodiac sign for 2025, the snake, and can also be sent as a New Year's card.
They are on sale at Goencha shops and other locations, and six of the designs can be picked up at post offices.

If you purchase at a post office, 1. Choose your favorite New Year's card at the post office and purchase it. 2. Write a message and the recipient's name, and affix a 110 yen stamp. 3. Drop it in the post and your New Year's card is ready to go!
For New Year's greetings, be sure to send a "chayori" New Year's card containing tea!
