·For shipping charges

→Normal shipping fee is 500 yen. (*Some products, such as boxed tea, have a shipping fee of 800 yen.)
In addition, shipping is free for purchases over 5,000 yen (tax included).

・Number of days from order to shipping

→ Normally, we ship your order within 2 to 5 days after confirming your order. (*If you pay by bank transfer or in advance, we will prepare for shipping after confirming your payment.)
However, depending on the contents and quantity of your order, as well as the time of your order, it may take some time for your order to be shipped.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to let us know your desired delivery date.
(*Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the product and number of orders.)

・About gift wrapping, packaging and carrier bags

・About the delivery note

→Goencha is moving towards a paperless system in order to conserve resources and protect the global environment, and we do not include delivery notes with our orders.
If you need one, please write "I would like a delivery note" in the comments section.
For details of your ordered items, please check the email you received when you placed your order or your order history.

・Regarding receipts

→When placing your order, please write in the comments section that you would like a receipt issued, along with any name or notes you would like included.

- Can I send to an address other than that of the person placing the order?

→Yes, it is possible. If you have a specific delivery date, please write it in the comments section.
(*Please note that we may not be able to meet your request if the delivery date is close to the order date.)

-If I want to ship to multiple addresses, do I have to place one order for each one?

→If there are multiple shipping addresses, shipping fees will be incurred for each address, so please place an order for each shipping address.

・About delivery companies

→We will send it via Yamato Transport (Nekoposu or Takkyubin).
The shipping method will be determined by our store depending on the size and quantity of the items ordered.

・Shipping to overseas destinations

→For shipping overseas, we recommend Rakuten Global Express.
For more information, please visit the Rakuten Global Express official website.
Shipping via EMS is also possible.
In that case, we will send you a separate page for shipping fees after you place your order.

・About bulk orders

→If you would like to order more than 100 of the same product, please contact us and we will provide you with a separate quote.
